Los Angeles World Airports (LAWA) is seeking competitive proposals for a long-term lease for commercial development of LAWA-owned property located east of Haven Avenue at LA/Ontario International Airport (ONT) in the California Commerce Center, City of Ontario, San Bernardino County.

The site is approximately 49 acres of undeveloped land located northwest of Jurupa and Dupont Streets and is zoned light industrial and office.

Proposals must satisfy all requirements associated with site development, including, but not limited to, city of Ontario, California Commerce Center, LAWA building and construction standards, and rent and other fees to be paid to LAWA.

The site is easily accessible by automobile via public streets. Photographs of the site are included below.
