LAX Aircraft Noise Community Response Report

The Aircraft Noise Community Response Report is a summary of LAX noise complaints received each month via the 24-hour noise complaint phone line (310-646-6473), the Noise Complaint Form on this web site, or through general communications via e-mail or fax.

The report includes statistical and graphical information, such as the number of complaints by household and community, and the types of disturbances reported. Also included is descriptive information, such as specific aircraft operations that caused more than one household to report a noise complaint, and the results of any noise complaint investigations that were conducted. Investigations are currently limited to one incident of disturbance per noise complaint, and a maximum of five noise complaints per household per month.

The noise complaint reports are listed below by month and year.
