Welcome to the Van Nuys Airport online noise complaint form. To submit your complaint about aircraft noise please fill in the form and press the Submit Form button. To receive a written response to a complaint, complete address information is required. The written response will be in the form of a letter from the VNY Airport Manager indicating the results of any complaint incidents that are investigated. It is the long-standing LAWA policy, based on available resources, to limit the number of investigations to five per month per household. This Internet complaint form is designed to be a supplemental tool, and is not intended to replace the Community Response Line (CRL). The CRL can still be reached by dialing 1-800 560-0010.
