Beginning July 1, 2009 LAWA will initiate a new online flight tracking and aircraft noise complaint entry system called WebTrak. The existing AirportMonitor system will be discontinued, as will the existing online noise complaint entry form, and the new WebTrak system will be put in its place. Included with this new WebTrak system are tools to help you find information on operations that might have caused a disturbance. Online complaint entry will now be fully integrated with this new system. As always, if you wish to submit a noise complaint by telephone, please call the airport’s noise complaint line at (310) 64-NOISE (646-6473).
