HireLAXv2

The HireLAX ARP is a comprehensive, no-cost, 8-week, 240-hour construction apprenticeship readiness program taught at Los Angeles Southwest College that includes case management and life skills training to address the challenges confronted by disadvantaged individuals. Students are simultaneously enrolled in community college together with the applicable City of Los Angeles WorkSource Center or County of Los Angeles American Job Centers for supportive services that help address employment barriers.

Ping PongHireLAX Construction Management College Certificate (HireLAX CM)​

Journeyman level craft workers who are graduates of the HireLAX Apprenticeship Readiness Program, including members of the community who wish to explore and prepare for the next phase of their career, will have an opportunity to enroll in the HireLAX Construction Management College Certificate Program (HireLAX CM).
