FIND STAFF FAST WITH CALJOBS WORKSHOP HOSTED BY LAX’S SMALL BUSINESS AND JOB OPPORTUNTIES DIVISION

 

LOS ANGELES (August 23, 2000)—Los Angeles World Airports Small Business and Job Opportunities Division will host a FREE workshop at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) to assist local employers with quickly finding staff, on Wednesday, September 20, from 9:00 am –– 11:00 am. Employers will receive information about the CalJOBS program, a free Internet-based staffing tool to assist employers with find qualified individuals for employment. The workshop will take place at LAX’s Administration West building on 7301 World Way West, Room 303.

As one of the major employers in the Southern California area, LAX and the Division understands the importance of filling vacancies with qualified individuals in an efficient way.

The easy-to-use CalJOBS system allows employers to reach the largest pool of applicants in the state, place job orders within minutes, and screen applicants any time, any place.
