SANTA CLAUS AND LAX HOLIDAY HELPERS SPREAD GOOD CHEER

 

WHAT: Santa Claus will be at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) to meet with passengers as part of LAX's Holiday Helper Program. In addition, LAX Holiday helpers will be roaming the Departure Levels/Upper Levels in each terminal to provide assistance and cheer.

Approximately 70 students from three choir groups from Compton and Fairfax High Schools will meander through the Upper Level curbside areas singing an array of holiday carols.

 

WHY: The Holiday Helper Program was created to assist the thousands of passengers who will be flying out of LAX on Friday, December 21 - one of the busiest days this holiday weekend.

 

WHEN: Santa Claus will be at Terminal 1 from 8 a.m. to 9 a.m. and at Terminal 7 from 9 a.m. to 7 a.m.

Holiday Helperswill be at Terminal 1, 4,7, and Tom Bradley International starting at 7 a.m.

High School Choirswill be available from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

 

MEDIA AVAILABILITY:

Santa Claus will be available from 9:00 a.m. to 9:20 a.m. at the Upper Level/Departure Level curbside between Terminal 3 and Tom Bradley International Terminal.

ATTENTION MEDIA: All media vans need to be attended at all times. Any unattended vehicles will be towed.
