FOUR LOS ANGELES AIRPORT POLICE RECRUITS RECEIVE BADGES

 

(Los Angeles, California – April 5, 2007) Four Los Angeles Airport Police recruits receive badges during the Los Angeles Police Department Elysian Park Academy ceremony on March 30.

Officer’s Sergio Barot, Roberto Figueroa, Pablo Ayala, Bryan Colindres are the first airport police recruits to participate in the LAPD badge ceremony since Los Angeles Airport Police returned to the LAPD police academy in October last year.

Los Angeles Airport Police is the fourth largest law enforcement agency in Los Angeles County, with more than 900 law enforcement, security and staff personnel. Airport Police is a division of Los Angeles World Airports, the City department that owns and operates four airports in Southern California: Los Angeles International, LA/Ontario International, LA/Palmdale Regional and Van Nuys (general aviation).
