AIRPORT NORTHSIDE LAND USE COMMUNITY WORKSHOP SCHEDULED

 (Los Angeles, California – January 31, 2008)  Los Angeles World Airports (LAWA) and Councilmember Bill Rosendahl have scheduled a community workshop to discuss development of the airport property to the north of Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) and obtain community input on potential land uses for the area.

The workshop will be held February 13 in St. Robert’s Auditorium at Loyola Marymount University, 1 LMU Drive, Los Angeles, from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m.  Persons desiring translation services should notify the LAX Stakeholder Liaison Office at (800) 919-3766 at least 72 hours in advance of the meeting.
