Airline Celebrates with Fares as Low as $29* One-Way

 

(Los Angeles, California – May 1, 2009)  Low-cost airline, Allegiant Air, LLC, a subsidiary of Allegiant Travel Company (NASDAQ: ALGT,) will soon inaugurate nonstop service from Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) to 13 of America’s “favorite” small cites beginning Friday, May 1.  To celebrate, the low-cost airline is offering special fares to/from LAX starting at $29*one-way. 

With the launch of this new service, the low-fare airline will provide the onlynonstop, low-cost service to the following cities from LAX (listed in chronological order):

  • Medford , Ore. – Service begins May 1
  • Grand Junction , Colo. – Service begins May 1
  • Bellingham , Wash. – Service begins May 2
  • Missoula , Mont. – Service begins May 2
  • Springfield , Mo. – Service begins May 3
  • Monterey , Calif. – Service begins May 3
  • Billings , Mont. – Service begins May 22
  • Northwest Arkansas – Service begins May 22
  • Fargo , N.D. – Service begins May 23
  • Sioux Falls , S.D. – Service begins May 23
  • Wichita , Kan. – Service begins May 23
  • Des Moines , Iowa – Service begins May 24
  • McAllen , Texas – Service begins May 24

About the $29* one-way fare:

*$29 one-way fares is to/from LAX to/from Monterey, Calf. Seats are limited. Fares are one-way and not available on all flights. Must be purchased by May 13, 2009 for travel completed by Sept. 30, 2009. Offer not available May 22-25, 2009 and July 2-6, 2009. Seven day advance purchase required. Prices do not include PFC, segment tax or Sept. 11 security fee of up to $10.60 per segment. A segment is one take-off and one landing. A convenience fee of $13.50 per passenger will apply when booked on allegiantair.com. A convenience fee of $13.50 per passenger, plus $10 per segment, will apply when purchased through Allegiant Air call center. Purchases made at any Allegiant Air Airport Ticket Office will not incur a convenience or call-center fee.
