Due to high wind conditions in Texas, the Federal Aviation Administration reports it enacted a traffic management program at Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport (DFW), resulting in arrival and departure delays at LAX of up to three hours.  Among three LAX airlines serving DFW:  four departures and two arrivals are delayed. Five departures to DFW and three arrivals from DFW have been cancelled.  LAX Airport Operations does not anticipate any congestion in the terminals.  LAX officials recommend travelers with flights to/from DFW to check their airlines for the latest status of their flights.
