BuildLAX Academy
Los Angeles World Airports (LAWA), owner of LAX and Van Nuys Airports, presents the BuildLAX Academy in partnership with the Contractor Development and Bonding Program.

Bonding Program Administered by the Office of the City Administrative Officer, Risk Management, for all City departments, CDABP is designed to assist in removing the barriers of surety bonding by providing technical and administrative assistance to local, small and minority businesses who would not otherwise be able to provide, on their own, the necessary bid, payment, and performance bonds to successfully bid and compete for City business opportunities.
