UPPER/LOWER WORLD WAY CLOSED AT TERMINAL 2 OVERNIGHT FEB. 9-10 FOR PEDESTRIAN BRIDGE REMOVAL

Activity:
On Feb. 9 and Feb. 10 from midnight to 4 a.m. each day, both levels of World Way North will be closed to remove the pedestrian bridge connecting Parking Structure 2A to Terminal 2. During the full closures, vehicles will utilize detours to route around the closures and access the terminals and exit the Airport via World Way South. From midnight to 4 a.m., Upper/Departures Level traffic (map 1) will follow traffic control directions on East Way and West Way to access the terminals. From midnight to 3 a.m., Lower/Arrivals Level traffic (map 2) will follow traffic control directions to route along Center Way to access the terminals.

From Feb. 5 at 10 p.m to Feb. 10 at 6 a.m., daily and nightly lane closures on World Way North across from Terminal 2 (map 3) will be utilized for construction activities associated with the pedestrian bridge removal. Through traffic will be allowed during this period, except during the full closures on Feb. 9 and Feb. 10. Flaggers will assist with traffic control. Please use caution when traveling through the area.

Dates:

24/7 closures: Friday, Feb. 5 at 10 p.m. to Wednesday, Feb. 10 at 6 a.m. Upper/Lower World Way closures: Tuesday, Feb. 9 and Wednesday, Feb. 10 from midnight to 4 a.m.
