TEMPORARY LANE CLOSURES ON EASTBOUND CENTURY BLVD. AT AVION DR.

Activity:

To facilitate work for the Automated People Mover (APM), a temporary closure of three eastbound lanes on Century Blvd. at Avion Drive, including a portion of Avion Dr., will be implemented from Saturday, March 9 at 12:00 a.m. to Tuesday, March 12 at 12:00 a.m. (72 hours).

During this period, the following will also be restricted: two left turn lanes (and U-turn access) from eastbound Century Blvd. to northbound Avion Dr. and southbound Avion Dr. through traffic and left turn access to eastbound Century Blvd. (vehicles must turn right to westbound Century Blvd).

One lane of through traffic on eastbound Century Blvd. will be maintained at all times; westbound Century Blvd. will not be impacted. Pedestrians will be detoured to the intersection of Century Blvd. and Airport Blvd.

Flaggers and signage will be in place to assist with wayfinding and maintenance of traffic, including at the intersection of Century Blvd. and Avion Dr. Please plan ahead for potential delays, always observe posted signage, remain alert and use caution when traveling near construction areas.
