LANE RESTRICTIONS: WESTBOUND CENTURY BOULEVARD AT AVION DRIVE

Friday, October 11 at 8 P.M. through Tuesday, October 15 at 5 A.M.

October 9, 2024 - To facilitate civil work including sidewalk restoration for the Automated People Mover Project, westbound lanes on Century Boulevard at Avion Drive will be restricted from Friday, October 11 at 8 p.m. through Tuesday, October 15 at 5 a.m.

At least two lanes on westbound Century Boulevard will be maintained at all times. Avion Drive north of Century Boulevard will not be accessible from any direction during this work.

Pedestrian movements (east/west) along the north side of Century Boulevard will be maintained via a temporary pedestrian pathway while work is performed on the existing sidewalk area. Pedestrian movements (north/south) across Century Boulevard along the west side of Avion Drive will also be maintained via flaggers.

Please note: A portion of the sidewalk along Avion Drive will not be accessible from Century Boulevard; pedestrians going to/from businesses at this portion of Avion Drive (Sheraton, Skyview) will be directed north to use 98th Street.

Flaggers and signage will be in place to facilitate vehicular and pedestrian traffic. Please watch for posted signage and always use caution when traveling near construction areas.
