The Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) Airfield and Terminal Modernization Project will focus on airfield and terminal improvements that stay within the airport’s existing footprint, and landside (roadway) improvements that help reduce airport-related congestion and back-ups on public streets. The Project would elevate the passenger experience, improve the community experience, enhance airfield safety and increase business opportunities.

The Board of Airport Commissioners is scheduled to consider certification of the Final EIR and related actions at a Special Meeting to be held on Tuesday, September 14, 2021 at 10:00 a.m.
