Fresh, Asian-inspired and made-from scratch dining concept is open for business!

(Los Angeles, CA) Los Angeles residents and those traveling through the Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) have a fresh, new and made-from-scratch option for Southeast Asian inspired dining with the opening of P.F. Chang’s today at Tom Bradley International Terminal at the mezzanine level, over-looking the Great Hall.

“At LAX, one of our four strategic goals is to deliver facilities and guest experiences that are exceptional, and our new P.F. Chang’s restaurant more than fits that bill,” said Barbara Yamamoto, Chief Experience Officer, LAWA. “Bringing together cultures from around the world is not just about travelers, but also providing a unique dining and retail experience that embraces the diversity of Los Angeles, and today’s opening adds to the variety and quality of what we have to offer our guests who travel through Tom Bradley International Terminal.”

The upscale casual restaurant maintains its focus on guest comfort, warm hospitality and attentive, personable service. The a-la-carte menu offers a variety of handcrafted signature dishes – all prepared using only the freshest ingredients. Most dishes at P.F. Chang’s are cooked in a Northern-style Chinese wok at 900 degrees, creating a “wok hay” or “breath of wok” and a mix of unique smoky, caramelized flavors and crispy textures that can only be achieved using this ancient technique.

“We’re excited to bring P.F. Chang’s to the LAX airport,” said Genaro Perez, Vice President of Marketing, Global Brand Development for P.F. Chang’s. “Our food is always made fresh from scratch every day at every P.F. Chang’s around the world, and we are proud to now offer this unique experience to travelers at the Tom Bradley terminal through our partnership with Paradies Lagardère. P.F. Chang’s millenary Wok cooking method allows us to create delicious dishes very fast which provides a fantastic solution for airport travelers that are looking for a great meal delivered in a short period of time” Perez added.

“Paradies Lagardère is excited to introduce another great dining concept for passengers at LAX to enjoy, bringing the familiar quality, taste and atmosphere of a favorite national brand – P.F. Chang’s - into the airport” said Bill Casey, senior vice president, Food and Beverage, Paradies Lagardère. “The Food and Beverage team at Paradies Lagardère has cultivated a long relationship with P.F. Chang’s, and we’re glad to bring that partnership to LAX.”

“We’re thrilled to work with LAWA and Paradies Lagardere to bring such a beloved brand into Tom Bradley International Terminal for people from all over the world to enjoy,” said Dan Hough, Westfield’s Vice President at LAX. “This is another great milestone as we work together to transform the customer experience at LAX."

The restaurant’s opening welcomed passengers who enjoyed the delectable menu, eye-catching décor, lively ambience, and warm hospitality, which are synonymous with P.F. Chang’s globally. Some of the menu items travelers will be able to enjoy at this new location are Chang’s Chicken Lettuce Wraps, Mongolian Beef, Dynamite Shrimp, and the original Cecilia’s Pork and Shrimp dumplings.

The new P.F. Chang’s location is conveniently located on the mezzanine level in the Tom Bradley International Terminal.
