New Vehicle Service Road "D"
New Vehicle Service Road (VSR) "D" is scheduled to open on September 13th between Taxiway K and Taxiway P and will eventually replace the existing VSR "E". Simultaneously, the VSR that crosses TWY D north of the Bradley West gates will also close. Please use caution for slower traffic as you transition the area north of Bradley West and at the triple taxiway crossing for Taxiways' M, N, and P.

Reminder: Before proceeding across any VSR taxiway crossings, drivers must ensure they can safely clear ALL taxiways without stopping for any aircraft.

Double & Triple Taxiway Crossings
New signs are being installed at all vehicle services road crossings that cross either two or three consecutive taxiways. Drivers must be able to safely cross all these taxiways without having to stop in between for an aircraft.

Reminder: Stopping between taxiways for an aircraft is a violation of the LAX Rules & Regulations and may result in the issuance of a citation.

Safe Driving Reminder
Maintaining situational awareness while driving on the airfield is extremely important. Always drive at a speed appropriate for the conditions. This speed may be significantly slower than the speed limit during periods of reduced visibility or heavy congestion. Do not use electronic devices or perform other tasks (eating, writing, etc) while driving. Be vigilant for cues of impending aircraft movement such as wing walkers, anti-collision lights, and increased aircraft engine noise.
