Between Taxiway AA and Taxiway P

January 23, 2024 - July 2, 2024
 
Project Overview:
 
The Taxiway D Extension Project will be closing Taxiway E between Taxiway AA and Taxiway P continuously from January 23, 2024 through July 2, 2024. This closure will allow construction of future connector Taxiways V and W between Runway 24L and Taxiway E.  Due to the Taxiway E closure Taxiway Z will also be closed between Runway 24L and Taxiway E. 
 
Taxiway Restrictions:
  • Taxiway D between Taxiway AA and P restricted to ADG IV or smaller (B767/MD11) January 23, 2024 - July 2, 2024.
  • Taxiway BB between Runway 24L and Taxiway E restricted to ADG IV or smaller (B767/MD11) January 23, 2024 - February 7, 2024.
  • Taxiway E southbound turns to Taxiway AA restricted to ADG IV or smaller (B767/MD11) January 23, 2024 - February 7, 2024.
  • Taxiway AA northbound aircraft turns to Taxiway E restricted to ADG IV or smaller January 23, 2024 - February 7, 2024.
Operational Impacts:
  • Runway 24L Open: ADG V and VI available exits are Taxiways AA, CC and DD (Taxiway BB restricted to ADG IV or smaller). 
  • ADG V and VI exiting Runway 24L at Taxiways CC or DD, must use E15 to E17 to AA. (Taxiway E/AA turns are restricted to ADG IV or smaller).
  • Taxiway AA: ADG V and VI northbound traffic must use Taxiway E17 to E15.
  • Remote Gate ADG V and VI must use Taxiways E15, E17, AA southbound to Taxiway C.
