Nightly Closures

for Taxiway C9 Repair Project

September 6-8th

 
Project Overview:
 
Sully-Miller will be repairing a section of concrete south of Taxiway C centerline at Taxiway C9. This repair will require an extended 64-hour closure of Taxiway C9 between Taxiway B and Taxiway C. The Taxilane C9 alleyway will be closed nightly from 0100-0530L. During this period, aircraft will be unable to enter or exit the alleyway and Gate 57 will only be available for a hardstand. 
 
Planned Closure Dates and Times:
 
Taxiway C9 between Taxiway C and Taxiway B:
  • Friday: 09/06/2024 at 0100L until Sunday at 1700L.
Taxilane C9: 
  • Friday: 09/06/2024 (0100L-0530L)
  • Saturday: 09/07/2024 (0100L-0530L)
  • Sunday: 09/08/2024 (0100L-0530L)
Please note that the dates above may shift based on the weather forecast and conditions.
 
Operational Impacts:
  • Taxilane C9 will not be available for aircraft movements during the closure periods (RON Parking is OK).
  • Gate 57 will not be accessible during the closure periods.
  • Taxiway C9 will be closed for a 64-hour period for construction and curing.
Notices to Air Missions (NOTAMs) have been issued for the scheduled closures. Please plan flight operations accordingly and check current NOTAMs at https://notams.aim.faa.gov/notamSearch for current airfield operating conditions.
