LAX RETAINS ADDITIONAL SECURITY MEASURES IMPLEMENTED DEC. 21

(Los Angeles, California -- January 9, 2004) As is apparent to passengers, visitors and workers at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX), the airport is leaving in place additional security measures that were implemented Dec. 21, 2003, until further notice. This action is at the request of the Transportation Security Administration.
