LAX WATER MAIN BREAK

Update #7/Final on Tuesday, November 25, 2014 at 9:30 a.m.:

This is an official statement from Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) on the current status of operations at LAX. Please forward to your contacts who may be interested in this information.

Following items have changed since the last update:

1.  All entrances to Parking Structure 2A are re-opened.  All motorists and vehicles displaying ADA permits/placards may resume parking in ADA-designated spots in the structure.  About 70 parking slots remain unavailable on Level 1 (ground level) while repairs continue.  This is expected to have little impact on the total number of parking slots available in the combined Parking Structures 2A and 2B during the Thanksgiving holiday period.

2.  Water service has been restored to the USO -- ALL facilities are operating normally.

3.  Almost all of the 62 vehicles and 2 motorcycles have been claimed by their owners.  Owners are directed to New South Parking, located directly across from Terminal 2, for information on how to retrieve their vehicles.
