(Los Angeles, CA) Los Angeles World Airports (LAWA) today announced the successful placement of a second pedestrian bridge structure over World Way. The second of six structures to be constructed in the Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) Central Terminal Area (CTA), this bridge will connect the APM Center CTA station to Terminal 2 once the train system is complete.

(Los Angeles, CA) Today, the Los Angeles Board of Airport Commissioners (BOAC) unanimously elected Commissioner Beatrice Hsu to the position of President. Hsu replaces Sean Burton, who joined the Commission and was elected President in Sept. 2013, and who will continue to serve as a commissioner. Vice President Valeria Velasco, the longest serving commissioner in BOAC’s history with nearly 16 years of experience, will continue in her current role.
