Terminal Vertical Cores are essentially new front doors to terminals at LAX that create new connection points between LAX's terminals and the Automated People Mover's stations. Opening in phases, the seven projects provide passengers with multi-level travel options via escalators, elevators and stairs to link to the APM system, concessions, baggage, restrooms, lounges and other offerings that bring LAX’s travelers’ convenience and ease.
